The Band Perry
The Band Perry are hard at work on their forthcoming third album, the followup to 2013’s ‘Pioneer.’
“He’s like a huge country music fan, and he also really loves what we do with harmony,” Kimberly Perry said.
The album brings together tracks from last year’s EP release plus five additional songs.
The Band Perry, Ariana Grande, Lady Gaga and John Legend will perform during the GRAMMY homage to Wonder, which airs Feb. 16 on CBS.
The song is a faithful cover of Glen Campbell, while the video updates the song’s hobo narrative to focus on a modern-day drifter.
Country music fans can get their camping gear ready for the 2015 Country Jam Festival.
If you’d like to see them, put on the song, close your eyes and play the movie inside of your head. It won’t cost you $17 and the price point on store-bought popcorn is far more reasonable.
Got relationship issues? The Band Perry can help. At least, that’s the premise of the video for the trio’s rising radio hit “Chainsaw.”
The Band Perry will kick off the 2014 ACM Awards with a performance of their latest single “Chainsaw.” Also, two Entertainer of the Year nominees artists will pay tribute to Merle Haggard. Who are they? And which fellow Country Hall of Famer will present Haggard with the award?
“It was our first single for our sophomore release, which some say is the most scrutinized piece of music an artist ever puts out,” Kimberly Perry told Radio.com. Now the video for the song has been nominated for an ACM Award.
