Trending @ 10: Miranda Lambert Cries While Performing Song She Co-wrote with Blake Shelton

Today’s Trending @ 10 seems like a little more than a coincidence to me! But hey – I’ll give you the facts and you decide!

SO – Miranda Lambert had a concert in Illinois on Friday, and while performing “Over You”, the song she co-wrote with ex-husband Blake Shelton, she got emotional and started crying! The crowd had to help her finish it! Which – sad!

And here’s why I think this is a little more than coincidence:

This happened the day after Blake Shelton’s interview with Billboard was published. And in that interview, he was VERY open about his divorce with Miranda, basically admitting that she cheated. And he also made it very clear that he was EXTREMELY happy in his new relationship with Gwen Stefani.

I don’t know about you, but that would make me emotional, too! Especially while singing a song you WROTE with said ex!

Now, according to people.com, Miranda herself was blaming it on “that time of the month”, saying “I told you I was a mess.” And she DID cry again later performing “The House That Built Me”. So, who knows, maybe that was the only reason!

But, I’m gonna go ahead and say that this time – it may have been a combination of things!

Watch the video here and decide for yourself!
