How did Randy Houser’s baby boy get the name “West”? Randy explains to Y108′s Jimmy and Monty:

“(Laughs) Well, he was made out in Colorado, which we consider ‘the West’.” So, West was named after where he was “made”. “(Laughs) Yeah, somebody earlier told me they named their little boy ‘Camry’.”

What’s a typical date night for new parents Randy and his wife Jenna? “We clean up a poopy diaper, put him into bed, sit down and look at each other and go ‘Holy crap’. What’d we get ourselves into?”

The Housers do make time to get out of the house and be romantic. “We’ll go do dinner, a movie, … hear a band, hear some live music.”

Has Randy ever cried at a “chick flick” with his wife? “Hey, I’m probably more sensitive than she is. I’ll bust out cryin’ at a movie in a minute. And she’ll look at me like, ‘Dang, boy’.”
