For the past 19 years the actors who make the movies have had a big say in awarding their own with the Screen Actors Guild awards. Tonite in Hollywood the show which has become a pretty good barometer for the next award show, the Academy Awards take center stage.

Everyone who makes movies in Hollywood is a member of SAG-AFTRA and for these awards at least 100,000 members votes will pick the winner.

As a professional actor and proud member of SAG-AFTRA for over 30 years it’s a night I love to watch and so I will and hopefully you’ll join me on Facebook with Y108 tonite about 7pm. I’ll be the one in tie and tails with the martini in hand.
