Vince Gill joined Y108′s Jimmy and Monty for some quick Q&A:
On the NHL lockout: ”Even Sid the Kid can’t make it happen, huh? There’s a lot more (money) to be split, evidently. Maybe a 50-game season, if that?”
On Veterans Day: “It’s a day to be grateful. If you ever have an opportunity to make a pilgrimage to Arlington (National Cemetary), it will sober you and make you believe in this country like never before. You get an understanding what the word ‘sacrifice’ really means.”
On Pittsburgh: ”My first trip to Pittsburgh… 1975 or 6… I played a neat little pizza place called Antonino’s. I always had a great time coming to Pittsburgh, great food, great people…”
