Which of Kix’s relatives was first in line to buy his CD “New To This Town”? “None of ‘em like me. What’re you gonna GIVE me? I’m the only guy who goes down and buys my own CD’s.”

How did Kix feel about shaving his trademark moustache to play a movie bad guy? “(It grew) back the next day, are you kiddin’ me? It was very strange. I had not seen my face in 20 something years. I shaved and… all of a sudden, I got real creepy.”

Kix is proud of our troops: “It was such an honor to get to go to Iraq and Afghanistan. To see how they’re living… it is a really dirty job…and I can’t say enough about how blessed we are living over here  cuz there’s some people working really hard to make sure we’re safe and free.”
