So the all too unfortunate public apology had to be issued this time by Jason Aldean. Apparently he was seen in an LA nightclub with former American Idol contestant, Brittany Kerr(your 15 minutes of fame have begun).

The price of fame? Many in country music have paid it.
Just recently, Randy Travis has had his battles with alcohol. The pictures are gruesome, the story is graphic and the results are usually devastating.
Who can the forget the shock that we received the news that Keith Urban had checked himself into rehab for three months. By his own admission Keith went on to save his own life and has maintained a successful career and family as a result.

Remember Hank Jr.s statements a few years ago that got him into trouble with ESPN and resulted in him being taken off of Monday Night Football.
And of course in 2003 the Dixie Chicks created a national and some would say international furor when they commented on the President of the United States.
And so it goes. Back in the 70’s George Jones and Tammy Wynette not only sang “Two Story House”, they lived it. George Jones drinking at times made Tammy sometimes look like a saint. In any event their lives read like a live day to day soap opera and they finally D-I-V-OR-C-E-D.
The real killer had to do with “The Killer”, Jerry Lee Lewis who married his 13 year old first cousin once-removed back in 1958. She was 13, his manager said she was 15 and Jerry Lee was 22.
Why do you think Brad Paisley’s song celebrity was such a hit? It was all true…or so it seemed.
