    While the tailgates were just getting started outside the First Niagara Pavilion, Ally was inside starting her broadcast when she spotted a guy on a cooler scooter and asked to check it out.

    Turns out, the guy on the scooter was Travis Toy, banjo player for Rascal Flatts. Here’s Ally taking it for a spin!
