Oh my. Carrie Underwood is such a joy. Her singing makes me cry, her beauty makes me stare and her generosity simply amazes me. The other day she showed up at PS22 at Graniteville Elementary School on Staten Island to sing Good Girl with a bunch of fifth graders and together they nailed it.

Only in country music would we have someone as famous and as successful as Carrie to come into a grade school, sing, be filmed and be so warm.

It’s a simply amazing video for its simplicity. And that really is what makes Carrie Underwood so brilliant. She shows up and sings with that absolutely incredible voice of hers.
