Brad Paisley Plays At Fan’s Funeral

Allie Green was a big Brad Paisley fan.

When she lost her battle with cancer, recently, her friends posted notice of her death and that she was a fan of [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Brad Paisley[/lastfm] on Facebook and that it would be great if he showed up at her funeral.

After the post was “liked”, “shared” and reposted a few times, someone who knew Brad saw it and passed it along to him.

When Brad found out about Allie’s death he took time out of his schedule to travel to and sing at her funeral.

One word that describes Brad very well is genuine. A genuine musician, song writer, compassionate human being and all around decent guy. Kudos to you Brad for being able to keep your feet firmly on the ground through all your success. I hope and pray you enjoy many many more years of it!
